1) Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2) Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined.
3) Measure out the cookie size with a tablespoon.
4) Place them on a sheet pan and flatten them out slightly.
5) Place sheet pan in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
6) Take out of the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy or place in a food container for up to 1 week.
