Method

    1. Heat the oven to 180°C.
    2. Lightly chop the pecan nuts, cashews and dates, previously removing the pits.
    3. Place in a large bowl with the rest of the granola ingredients and mix until well blended.
    4. Spread the granola mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 40- 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
    5. Remove the granola from the oven, let cool completely before serving or store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
    6. Serve, for example, with yogurt, banana and a little more syrup on top.
