    1. Wash and drain the cashews and macadamia nuts.
    2. Blend them with water, coconut milk, and salt to a thick yogurt consistency. Set aside.
    3. Mix in a bowl the cashew and macadamia cream, garlic powder, salt, sugar, and lemon juice and stir until combined.
    4. Now add cucumber, and dill and toss to combine.
