Method

    1. Chop the peanuts in a food processor until obtaining a fine powder.
    2. Mix in a bowl the flour together with the peanut powder and salt. Add the milk, and olive oil and knead with your hands until all the ingredients are blended. Let stand for at least 30 minutes.
    3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is a couple of centimeters thick. Brush the surface with water and cover with chopped almonds.
    4. With the help of a knife or pizza cutter, cut strips of the desired width. Place the separated strips on a tray with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for fifteen minutes or until the sticks are golden brown and crispy.

Tips

Add your touch by adding aromatic herbs such as oregano or rosemary and spices such as garlic or onion powder.
