Ingredients

Method

    1. Soak the raisins and dried apricots in hot water for 20 minutes to hydrate them. Drain the water and blend them together with the peanuts and cashews until you get a paste.
    2. In a bowl, add the paste, oat flour, and vanilla extract. Knead until you get a dough with a wet sand-like texture.
    3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Peel and chop the apples, then place them at the bottom of an oven-safe dish. Add ground cinnamon and mix.
    4. Cover the apples with the crumble dough and bake for 25 minutes.

Tips

Cover the dish with aluminum foil during the first 15 minutes of baking, then uncover it to let the top of the crumble brown. This way, the apples will cook without the top burning.
