    1. Cut the bananas into slices and freeze.
    2. Place the grated carrot, walnuts, hazelnuts and spices, oat milk, natural yogurt and vanilla essence in a blender cup.  Blend until obtaining a creamy texture.
    3. Serve in a glass and garnish with chopped walnuts and hazelnuts, a few strips of grated carrot and grated coconut.

Tips

If you don’t have time to freeze the banana, you can use it unfrozen.
