Pizza with Nuts and Carrot Base

Method

    1. For the dough: chop the peeled carrot in a food processor and drain the water with a cloth.
    2. Return to the processor and add the almonds, soft cheese, egg and grind.
    3. Spread the dough on a baking paper and shape it into a pizza with your hands or a spatula, 0.5 cm thick.
    4. Bake the base for 25 minutes at 180ºC. Place another tray in the oven and bake some thin cubes of pumpkin with oil and salt.
    5. For the sauce: grind all the ingredients until you have a cream, place the sauce on the baked base.
    6. Also spread the toppings on top: the roasted pumpkin, the gorgonzola cheese and the walnuts.
    7. Bake again for 5 minutes at the same temperature. When removing from the oven, decorate with the basil leaves.

Place on the bottom part of the oven so the base gets toasted and extra crispy.
