    1. Heat the oven to 175 degrees, cover a baking tray with parchment paper and mix the nuts in a bowl.
    2. In a small saucepan, heat the coconut oil with the honey, chili powder and ½ teaspoon salt. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally and remove from heat.
    3. Pour over the nuts and stir until well coated. Spread on the prepared baking tray, making an even layer as thin as possible.
    4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Let cool completely and store in an airtight glass container. When serving, optionally add a few drops or zest of lime.
